Feast at the 2015 Winter Sculpture Fair

We’re so excited to be planning the 2015 edition of the Winter Sculpture Fair. Once again we’re working closely with Franschhoek Tourism to ensure Gauteng will be able to experience the best the famed Cape Valley has to offer. Franschhoek’s top chefs and winemakers will fly up to the Cradle of Humankind, to create a two-day gourmet feast for you. Expect decadent French cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, bubbles, wine and more. Renowned chef Chris Erasmus, who has recently opened his own restaurant, Foliage, will be joining us for the first time. This is a real coup, and we can’t wait to welcome him. Please note that tickets will only be sold online this year, prior to the event.
